霍伊伦还调侃道：“别担心。在斯堪的纳维亚，我们把这（温度）当成夏天。”

冷疗舱通常都将温度降低到零下100度，极致的低温能让短暂身处其中的运动员血管变得狭窄，血液的流动和新陈代谢变缓，这也有助于降低病人的疼痛、水肿、发炎等症状。
