西甲通报超千起盗播，犯法者平均需罚款约1000欧元

7月24日讯西甲联赛官方发布公告，他们对一部分酒店、餐厅、餐饮等机构关于西甲赛事的超1000起盗播进行了通报，以维护自身的版权。

据估计，西班牙有17万家上述机构是足球赛事潜在订阅用户，其中5万家订阅了上赛季的西甲联赛转播。另外未订阅的机构，西甲方面识别出了至少1.5万家非法播出的机构，这不仅侵犯了俱乐部权益，也对遵守法律的机构构成不公平竞争，每年对酒店餐饮业造成近3500万欧元的损失。

处罚方面，被判定侵权的机构和个人将支付约1000欧元的处罚，惯犯则会提高处罚力度。西甲官方还表示，不仅仅在西班牙国内，此次诉讼还有跨国索赔，安道尔地区的机构也受到了20多项索赔。
